Welcome to Infinite Painting Services. By accessing or using our website and painting services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding.
These Terms apply to all clients, visitors, and users of our services.
Services
We provide professional painting and related services, including:
- Residential Painting
- Commercial Painting
- Strata Painting
- End of Lease Painting
- Interior & Exterior Painting
- Pressure Washing
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any service without prior notice.
Quotes and Pricing
All quotes are free and valid for 30 days from the issue date unless otherwise stated. Prices are based on the information provided at the time of quotation. Any variation in scope, access, surface condition, or materials may affect the final cost.
A revised quote will be provided for any additional work requested after acceptance of the original quote.
Booking and Deposits
A booking is confirmed once a written acceptance or deposit (if required) is received. Deposits are generally 10–30% of the total project value, depending on project size.
Deposits are non-refundable once work has commenced or materials have been ordered.
Payment Terms
Full payment is due upon completion of the project unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept payment via bank transfer, cash, or other approved methods. Late payments may attract interest at 2% per month and may incur recovery costs.
Cancellations and Rescheduling
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice may incur a cancellation fee to cover lost time and materials.
Access and Site Conditions
Clients are responsible for providing safe, clear access to the work area. We are not responsible for delays caused by limited access, poor weather, or interference from other trades.
All personal items and valuables should be removed or covered prior to work commencing.
Materials and Colours
We use high-quality, reputable paint brands suitable for Australian conditions. While we aim to achieve your desired colour and finish, slight variations may occur due to lighting or surface conditions.
Workmanship Guarantee
We take pride in the quality of our work. All painting services come with a 2-year workmanship guarantee, covering peeling, blistering, or flaking caused by defective application.
This guarantee does not cover:
- Damage caused by weather, movement, or structural defects
- Normal wear and tear
- Improper maintenance or cleaning
Liability
We take all reasonable care while working on your property. However, we are not liable for:
- Pre-existing damage or defects
- Accidental damage caused by factors outside our control
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential losses
Our total liability is limited to the value of the service provided.
Insurance
We hold valid Public Liability Insurance and Workers Compensation coverage to protect both our clients and our team.
Privacy
We respect your privacy. Any personal information collected (such as your name, address, or contact details) is used solely for providing our services and will not be shared with third parties except where required by law.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes arising shall be resolved in the courts of New South Wales.
